The film is set in the backdrop of Atreyapuram village. Raju garu (Prakash Raj) and his wife lead a peaceful life in the village along with their grandson, Raju (Sharwanand). Inspite of that, the only thing that bothers him is the fact that his sons and daughters are settled abroad and hardly visit them. In order to get the family together, he chalks out a plan and makes the whole family visit them for Sankranthi. What happens when his wife knows about his plot and what are the true intentions behind Raju garu’s sketch, how disturbances creep in to the family and how they see a happy ending forms the crux of the story.
